According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics, in November, China’s crude steel, pig iron, and steel products output were 78.40 million tons, 67.48 million tons, and 118.81 million tons, respectively, up by 2.5%, 3.9%, and 5.1% year-on-year.
The average daily output was 2.6133 million tons of crude steel, 2.2493 million tons of pig iron, and 3.9603 million tons of steel products.
The annualized output for crude steel, pig iron, and steel products in November was 956.48 million tons, 823.26 million tons, and 1.44948 billion tons, respectively.
From January to November, China’s crude steel, pig iron, and steel products output totaled 929.19 million tons, 782.77 million tons, and 1.28304 billion tons, down by 2.7%, 3.5%, and up 0.9% year-on-year, respectively.
Based on calculations, in November, the supply of crude steel and steel products in China was 68.13 million tons and 110.01 million tons, respectively, down 470,000 tons and up 4.35 million tons, down by 0.7% and up 4.1%. From January to November, crude steel and steel products supply totaled 824.3
